Hairy Scary Banana Ghosts

Makes:8-10

Difficulty:Easy

Ingredients:

4-6 medium bananas
½ packet Chang's Original Fried Noodles (For Gluten Free option use Chang's Gluten Free Fried Noodles.)
150-200g white chocolate
8-10 paper lolly pop sticks
writing icing tube

Method:

Peel bananas and cut in half. Push lolly pop stick into the middle of each piece.
Melt chocolate in a microwave at 1-minute intervals, stirring in between.
Dip bananas into chocolate and coat all the way around. Place onto baking paper. Sprinkle noodles at the top end of bananas to create its hair. Repeat with remainder bananas.
Using writing icing tube draw eyes and mouth. Allow setting in freezer for 3 hours before serving.
