Red cabbage slaw with crunchy noodles

Ingredients:

1 pack Changs Crunchy Noodles
½ small red cabbage
1 carrot, cut into thin strips
½ red capsicum, cut into thin strips
½ cup coriander leaves
½ cup mint leaves
¾ cup Changs Oriental Fried Noodle Salad Dressing

Method:

Remove the core from the cabbage, discard. Roughly shred the leaves and place in a large bowl.
Add the carrot, capsicum and herbs and mix.
Just before serving add the Changs Crunchy Noodles and Changs Oriental Fried Noodle Salad Dressing. Toss until fully combined. Great served with chicken, meat or seafood.
